Processing Time

Our products are handcrafted with high quality standards that require some production time. However, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Most orders are made, packaged, and shipped within 5 - 7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Tracking will become available once your order ships.

Shipping time depends on the USPS shipping service selected which varies between 1 - 7 business days of transit time 'after' your order ships (excludes weekends and holidays). You can make your shipping selection during the checkout process.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for all personalized and custom orders with the exception of order issues listed in our shop policies. Please note, orders cannot be cancelled if production has started.
