Payment Policy
We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.
Payments are handled and processed securely by Shopify payments system which is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts to keep sensitive customer information secure and protected.
Discount Policy
Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply enter your code in the box labeled 'Discount Code', then click apply. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Discount codes do not apply to gift cards. Other exclusions may apply on certain goods and services.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States, to its territories, and to all APO/AE addresses via USPS. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Tracking will become available once your order ships.

We recommend ordering early with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

Order Modification Policy
Due to the nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or modified if production has started, but you can always purchase additional goods/ services by placing a new order.
Contact us if you would like to combine a new order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Incorrect Mailing Address Policy
Please make sure you double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the order has not shipped yet, we can certainly update the shipping address for you, please
contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
If tracking shows the package is being returned back to us, we will ship the package back to you when we receive it. However, you will be required to pay for shipping again so that we can ship the package to the correct address as USPS does not provide any refunds for incorrect mailing addresses.
If the package cannot be recovered, a 50% shop credit will be applied in the form of a gift card ONLY.
Please note we are not responsible for any incorrect mailing addresses provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address at checkout. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for all personalized and custom orders with the exception of any issues listed below. Orders cannot be cancelled if production has started. Please
contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Product Issue Policy
For any product issues such as serious quality issues or incorrect goods received, please
contact us with photos of the goods received within 24 - 48 hours of delivery so we can do our best to make it right. A replacement OR partial or full refund will be offered. Original goods received must be returned for a replacement or full refund. Please note we are not responsible for any incorrect goods ordered at checkout and no credit or refund will be applied. It is the customer's responsibility to place the correct order.
Delivery Issue Policy
Although rare, issues such as shipping delays and or damaged or missing/ stolen packages are out of our control. However, please
contact us and we will do our best to help resolve any issues. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Delays
Please contact us within 24 - 48 hours after the latest estimated delivery time has passed so we can open a USPS search case. Please allow an additional 7 business days after the case is opened. If you still do not receive your order by then, please contact us to see how we can make it right.
Damaged Goods
Please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damages. A replacement OR partial or full refund will be offered. Damaged goods must be returned for a replacement or full refund.
Missing/ Stolen Packages
Please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery. First, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to confirm delivery coordinates to make sure the package was not delivered to the wrong address. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, a copy of a police report of the missing/ stolen package incident must be submitted for our records as this would also be a loss to us. Once we receive copies, a full refund or credit in a form of a gift card will be applied.
Warranty and Liability
We, Partiflair, and its owners do not hold any responsibility, and are not liable, for the misuse of our products and or harm they may cause. Partiflair also does not provide any warranties for any of the products sold. Our products are handmade one of a kind goods and should be handled with care and used only for their intended purpose. By making a purchase from Partiflair, you agree to these conditions.
